Some deaths are never forgotten…

While photographing a recently deceased child, Caroline McAllister looks through the lens of her vintage camera and sees the boy reach for his mother’s face as if to reassure her.

No one else sees anything. Not even her husband, Andrew.

It’s then she realizes her childhood gift of being a conduit for communications from the dead has returned and with every photography session, it’s getting stronger.

While taking engagement photos of Andrew’s friend, Fred Simmons, and his fiancée, Suzanne, Caroline sees the outline of a female figure she believes is a ghost.

Suzanne bears a striking resemblance to Lucinda Evans, a young woman who drowned at an off-campus party attended by Andrew, Fred, and another friend, Matthew Ambrose. The three men were the last to see Lucinda alive.

Suspecting that Lucinda is the ghost, Caroline begins to investigate the circumstances of the drowning, desperate to discover the truth about that fateful night in order to prove her husband’s innocence.
